Vehicle Breakdown

We have teamed up with Europ Assistance, the worlds most widely used emergency assistance service, to bring you a comprehensive breakdown service backed up by a network of over 5,000 highly trained mechanics providing National coverage, 24hrs a day, 365 days a year.

If you breakdown or have an accident, Europ Assistance will arrange for an approved mechanic to attend to your vehicle. If the vehicle cannot be repaired at the side of the road, they will transport the vehicle to the nearest and most suitable repairer. Furthermore, depending on your level of cover, if the vehicle cannot be repaired by the end of the day, they will arrange for the vehicle to either be transported to your home address, original destination, or to a repairer of your choice.

The benefits that come as part of the standard package include:

Emergency assistance 24 hors a day, 365 days a year throughout the UK

Roadside assistance and recovery provided by approved mechanics & garages

Assistance after a breakdown, accident, theft, vandalism, of fire

Key breakage or keys locked in car

Lack of or wrong fuel

Up to 6 assistances per year

Cover for you, and up to 7 passengers

Message relay service

Cover is available for cars, motorcycles, motor caravans, light vans and all vehicles up to a gross vehicle weight of 3,500kg, a length of 7 metres, a height of 3 meters and a width of 2.25 metres.
